Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-26 · plain-language B2B SaaS terms

Acceptance

By signing up for or using Truckvisor, you agree to these terms. If you're using Truckvisor on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Description of service

Truckvisor is a business-health advisor for small trucking carriers. It provides a web app and mobile app for tracking loads, fleet, drivers, safety, and finances — and a daily Command Center digest for carrier owners. Features include QuickBooks Online integration, AI-powered explanations, and push notifications.

Truckvisor also lets a carrier pay its drivers by ACH bank transfer. Truckvisor is a software provider, not a bank and not a money transmitter. We do not hold, take custody of, or move your funds. Bank transfers are processed by our payments partner, Straddle, and its partner banks — see Driver payments & ACH transfers below.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts to use Truckvisor. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@truckvisor.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Data ownership

Your carrier's business data — loads, drivers, fleet records, financials — belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

Fees, subscription & billing

Truckvisor is a paid subscription service, billed via Stripe. Your subscription consists of a monthly platform fee plus a monthly per-truck fee. The exact amounts that apply to you are shown in the app before you subscribe and on every invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

These are the only fees Truckvisor charges you. We charge no per-transaction, per-payout, per-driver, or percentage-of-payment fee for ACH driver payments, and we take no cut of any payment that passes between a carrier and a driver. Your own bank may charge you separately for things like returned or rejected transfers; those are your bank's fees, not ours. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to our fees takes effect.

Free trials (where offered) convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (accessible from within the app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@truckvisor.io within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any amount billed in error.

Driver payments & ACH transfers

Carriers using Truckvisor can pay their drivers by ACH bank transfer. Money moves directly from the carrier's own account at our payments partner, Straddle, to the driver's linked bank account. Truckvisor never holds or takes custody of those funds.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Truckvisor's AI-generated insights are advisory only — you remain responsible for all business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Truckvisor and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. On termination, your access ends; your carrier's data is retained per our Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.

To delete your account, see how to delete your account. To close a company and erase its data, contact support@truckvisor.io.

Dispute resolution

Payment disputes. If a driver payment is missing, late, duplicated, or for the wrong amount, tell us within 60 days of the payment date. Drivers should raise it with their carrier's office first, since the carrier controls what is paid; either party can email support@truckvisor.io at any point. We acknowledge payment disputes within 1 business day and aim to resolve or explain them within 10 business days. Where the issue is with the transfer itself rather than the amount, we escalate to Straddle, and unauthorized or erroneous ACH entries are handled through the standard bank return process under Nacha rules — your own bank is also entitled to act on your report.

Report a debit the same day you see it. Our own 60-day window above is the time you have to bring a problem to us, and it does not change what the ACH network allows. The period in which your bank can return a business ACH debit as unauthorized is short — two banking days from settlement under the Nacha Operating Rules — so if an ACH debit against your account is wrong, tell us and your bank immediately rather than waiting. After that window a wrong amount is still recoverable, but between the two businesses rather than through a bank return.

Everything else. Email support@truckvisor.io with the details and what you'd like done. We respond within 5 business days. Both sides agree to try in good faith to settle the matter informally for 30 days from that first email before starting any legal proceeding. Nothing here stops either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, or from contacting a regulator.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
