Account deletion removes your personal login and your seat within your carrier's workspace. It does not delete your carrier's shared business data — loads, fleet records, and financials belong to the carrier, not to you personally.
Your login and personal seat are removed immediately. Your carrier's shared business data is not affected.
If you are the sole owner of a carrier on Truckvisor, you cannot delete your account until the company is closed — this protects your team from losing access to their data unexpectedly.
To close your company and erase its data, email us at support@truckvisor.io. We will handle the full closure and confirm once it's done.
If your company has a second owner, that owner can continue operating the account after you delete your own seat — no need to contact us in that case.
