Truckvisor is a business-health advisor for small trucking carriers. A carrier's owner and staff sign in to see the carrier's own operational and financial picture. It is a business tool — we have no ads, no analytics brokers, and we never sell data.
We collect no location data, no contacts, no advertising identifiers.
Solely to provide the service: computing your carrier's health snapshot, routing operational tickets to the right person, and sending the notifications you enabled. Nothing else.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own use. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, push delivery), our database and API hosting provider, and Intuit (only when your carrier's owner connects QuickBooks). Each receives only what is necessary to operate the service.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Every record is scoped to your carrier and enforced at the database level — one carrier can never read another's data. Financial figures are additionally restricted to the carrier's owner.
Business records are kept while your carrier uses the service, because the product's value is its history. You can delete your own account from the phone app at any time (Settings → Delete account). That removes your login and your personal seat; your carrier's shared business data is not affected.
